1 lb dry black beans, 1lb brown rice, 1 jalapeño, 1 red onion, 2 roma tomatoes, 1 garlic, 1 bunch cilantro, 2 limes, 1 can tomatoes, 1 pkg corn tortillas, 12oz bag frozen corn, 16oz jar alfredo sauce, 1lb whole wheat penne, 5.3 oz container PLAIN greek yogurt, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning

My version:
2/3 C Plain greek yogurt
1-2tbsp ranch seasoning
3 tbsp milk
1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
juice from half a lime
salt & pepper to taste
